This policy explains what Brittany$ ("we", "us") collects on paybrittany.com and what we do with it. Short version: as little as possible, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Waitlist and sign-up forms. The email address or phone number you enter in a form on the Site.
• Purchases. Our payment processor handles payments. It collects your payment details, email, and billing info. We never see or store your full card number. From the processor we receive basic order info, such as your email, what you bought, the amount, and the date.
• Nicknames. A leaderboard nickname, only if you choose to give one.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider's standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the Site running and secure.

How we use it

• To process and confirm your payment and manage subscriptions.
• To show anonymous leaderboard entries, plus your nickname if you chose one.
• To send you emails, such as receipts, follow-ups, and occasional promotional messages from Brittany.
• To keep the Site secure and prevent fraud.

Email marketing

If you join the waitlist or make a payment, we may email you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime. We'll only text you if you separately opt in to texts, and you can reply STOP to opt out.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the Site for us (payment processing, hosting, and email delivery), or when the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. To see, correct, or delete your information, email us and we'll take care of it.

18+ only

The Site is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
